TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. Entry is only open to UK residents aged 18 years and over excluding employees of the Promoter or affiliated prize brands, partners, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
3. To take part, entrants must sign up to the Burren Balsamics mailing list
4. Promotion Period: 00:00 on 1 September 2023 to 23:59 on 11th December 2023.
5. Entries are limited to one per email address. Entries are not limited to one per person.
 7. There is one main prize, 1 years supple of Balsamic Vinegar (equating to 12 bottles of the customer choice, from either our infused Balsamic range (250ml bottles or our infused white condiments range (200ml), along with a taste of Burren Gift Bag. 
8. The draw will be held on 11/12/2023, and the first valid entry drawn at random by the Promoter will win the main prize. 
9. Each winner will be contacted within 5 working days of the date of the prize draw by email to their email address registered with the Promoter.
10. Should the Promoter not receive a response to the email by 18/12/2023, or should the winner notify that they cannot accept the prize or is unable to confirm acceptance of the prize for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to award that prize to an alternative valid entry drawn at random and the original winner will have no right to any alternate prize or compensation.
11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right, but is not obliged, to substitute any runner up prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
12. Each prize is non-transferable. There are no cash alternatives. In the event of any dispute relating to the operation of the prize draw or the allocation of prizes, the Promoter’s decision is final.
13. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
15. The Promoter will use each entrant’s personal details for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have that entrant’s consent.  Except where consent has been provided, personal details of losing entrants will be deleted 12 months after the end of the Promotion Period.
