Armagh Bramley Apple infused Balsamic Vinegar of Modena - made from PGI Bramley apples. Delicious with salads, dressings, pork dishes.
Irish Peat Smoked - this is slowly smoked over smouldering Irish Peat taken from a sustainable bog using ancient Turberry rights to harvest. The perfect vinegar to make a smoked Hollandaise or try adding to a Whiskey cocktail. Drizzle into an oyster and allow to gently infuse for a few minutes.
Irish Heritage Apple infused White Condiment (white Balsamic) - made from traditional pollinating varieties of native Irish apples. Quite delicious in a dressing, or to add to caramel for a tarte tatin and add a good splash into grilled oily fish as the gently acidity cuts through the rich oily flavours to give great balance.
