Balsamic Roasted Strawberries with Burrata
This light summery sharing dish is perfect with a few glasses of wine and a few friends and family. Delectably soft roasted strawberries, roasted in sweet and refreshing Strawberry & Mint Vinegar, served with creamy burrata and crispy olive oil baked bread.
Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Strawberry & Mint Vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- 1 punnet strawberries, sliced in half
- 3 sourdough bread slices, baked in a little olive oil until golden
- basil, chopped
- 1 Burrata
Method:
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees C fan
- Place the strawberries in a small ceramic dish or baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, salt and Strawberry & Mint Vinegar. Place in the oven for about 20 mins until soft
- Place the burrata on a serving plate and surround with the roasted strawberries. Garnish with fresh basil and serve with sourdough.
