Balsamic Roasted Strawberries with Burrata

This light summery sharing dish is perfect with a few glasses of wine and a few friends and family. Delectably soft roasted strawberries, roasted in sweet and refreshing Strawberry & Mint Vinegar, served with creamy burrata and crispy olive oil baked bread.

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil 
  • 2 tbsp Strawberry & Mint Vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 punnet strawberries, sliced in half
  • 3 sourdough bread slices, baked in a little olive oil until golden
  • basil, chopped
  • 1 Burrata

Method:

  1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees C fan
  2.  Place the strawberries in a small ceramic dish or baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, salt and Strawberry & Mint Vinegar. Place in the oven for about 20 mins until soft
  3. Place the burrata on a serving plate and surround with the roasted strawberries. Garnish with fresh basil and serve with sourdough.
