DELIVERY DESTINATIONS 
We Deliver to UK, Ireland, and the US.
DELIVERY CHARGES 
Free Standard Mainland UK Delivery on weekdays for orders over £50  Standard Mainland UK Delivery £ 5.99  We will deliver the merchandise in accordance with the delivery option selected by you at checkout. Whenever referred to, working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays.
DAYTIME DELIVERY
Our standard delivery hours are 07.00 to 19.00 from Tuesday to Friday. If you won't be home during these hours, provide an alternative delivery address (e.g., work, relative, neighbour) different from your payment address. UK deliveries come with a tracking link for rescheduling or arranging redelivery if you missed the initial attempt. 
US CUSTOMERS

We’re grateful for all of the support we receive from our customers in the United States. Due to recent changes in tariffs and associated costs, we are no longer able to offer automatic checkout and shipping to the UK.However, we can still accept orders manually. If you would like to place an order, please email susie@burrenbalsamics.com with the items you’d like to purchase. We will prepare a shipping quote for you before finalizing your order. Please note that while we can provide accurate shipping costs, we unfortunately have no control over any taxes or duties that may be applied on arrival.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Returns and refunds
If for any reason you would like to return your item, we would be happy to refund you, provided the order has been delivered within 14 days of the initial return request, and the item is undamaged and unopened.
Damaged orders
In the event of goods being damaged during transit, we offer the option to either replace the damaged items or provide a refund of their purchase price, but please ensure you inform us within 3 days of receiving the shipment. Kindly inspect your goods upon receipt and retain the damaged items for inspection purposes.

Please note that our office, warehouse and production will be over Christmas from Tuesday 23rd - Monday 29th Dec. 

We will reopen on the 29th-30th, and closed again on the New Years Bank Holiday on the 1st Jan 2026.
