oldest distillery, Old Bushmills Distillery, to create something
that exemplifies the very best of both our crafts. The range we’ve created brings together the rich heritage of
Bushmills and our own artisan craftsmanship.


Balsamic Vinegar matured in Bushmills Whiskey Barrels

Matured for 3 years in Bushmills Whiskey Barrels, this Aged Balsamic boasts notes of smoke, caramel and oak. Perfect to pair with cocktails, marinades & dressings.

Whiskey Cocktail Kit

This tin holds our curated artisan cocktail ingredients — Irish Peat
Smoked White Condiment, Balsamic Sugar, and dried fruit. Mixed with Bushmills Whiskey, they create sophisticated cocktails with the distinct smoky, fresh flavour of Ireland.
