This vibrant, fresh and peppery salad is a great showstopper to share with friends. Made smoky with our Bushmills Whiskey Barrel Aged White Condiment, topped with salty feta and sweet, nutty pistachios.

Cooking Time: 10 minutes (using pre-cooked beetroot)

  1. Arrange beetroot slices on a large flat plate.
  2. Drizzle with balsamic and orange zest.
  3. Scatter rocket, cheese, and hazelnuts.
  4. Finish with a touch more balsamic and pepper. Serve immediately.
