Beetroot & Whipped Goats Cheese

 

It’s a simple, elegant bite that celebrates beautiful seasonal flavours - sweet, earthy beetroot, creamy goat’s cheese, and those bursts of fruity herby balsamic goodness that make everything sing.

Ingredients:

  • Fresh baguette, sliced and toasted
  • Cooked beetroot, thinly sliced
  • 100g soft goat’s cheese
  • A drizzle of cream or olive oil (to loosen)
  • Blackberry & Thyme Balsamic Pearls
  • Sea salt & black pepper

Method:

  1. Whip the goat’s cheese with cream or olive oil until smooth.
  2. Spread onto your toasted crostinis.
  3. Add slices of beetroot, a few balsamic pearls, and a little dill.
  4. Season and serve straight away.
