A simple bruschetta with some of my favourite flavours 🍅✨
Sweet cherry tomatoes, red onion, flaky sea salt and good olive oil on crispy baked bread, finished with a drizzle of Irish Peat Smoked White Condiment for a subtle smoky finish.
Ingredients:
- Cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small red onion, finely sliced
- Flaky sea salt
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh bread, sliced
- fresh basil leaves
- Irish Peat Smoked White Condiment
Method:
- Slice the bread, drizzle with olive oil and bake until golden and crisp.
- Mix the tomatoes, basil and red onion together with salt, olive oil and a drizzle of Irish Peat Smoke Vinegar.
- Spoon onto the warm toast.
- Finish with a drizzle of Balsamic
