Bruschetta

A simple bruschetta with some of my favourite flavours 🍅✨

Sweet cherry tomatoes, red onion, flaky sea salt and good olive oil on crispy baked bread, finished with a drizzle of Irish Peat Smoked White Condiment for a subtle smoky finish.

Ingredients:

  • Cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely sliced
  • Flaky sea salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh bread, sliced
  • fresh basil leaves
  • Irish Peat Smoked White Condiment

Method:

  1. Slice the bread, drizzle with olive oil and bake until golden and crisp.
  2. Mix the tomatoes, basil and red onion together with salt, olive oil and a drizzle of Irish Peat Smoke Vinegar.
  3. Spoon onto the warm toast.
  4. Finish with a drizzle of Balsamic
