INGREDIENTS
A lemon cheek
Sprig of mint
15ml Burren Balsamics Citrus or Blood Orange & Cardamom White Balsamic Vinegar
Fevertree Elderflower Tonic Water
METHOD
1. Pour in 15ml of White Balsamic Vinegar into a highball glass.
2. Add in a handful of ice cubes, a lemon roundel and a sprig of fresh garden mint.
3. Top up with Fevertree Elderflower Tonic Water, stir gently and serve.
