Quick to make and then you can just pop them in the fridge until you need them! Each dressing has one of our favourite summer products in it for an extra zing of original flavour! Don't be constrained by the white condiment used in the recipe. Mix and match to create your own signature dressing!

Honey & Mustard Dressing
We've used our Irish Peat Smoked White Condiment to give it a pleasant acidic smokiness. Our Stout & Treacle Mustard helps to give this simple dressing an extra richness.
Recipe:
- 2 tbsp Irish Peat Smoked White Condiment
- 1 tbsp Stout & Treacle Mustard
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 6 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Caper & Parsley Dressing
Perfect for an evening steak salad. For this one, we used Blood Orange & Cardamom Infused White Condiment, for some extra citrus flavour.
Recipe:
- 2 tbsp capers, chopped
- A handful of flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Blood Orange & Cardamom Infused White Condiment
- 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
French Dressing
A Burren Balsamics twist on a classic! The Apple White Condiment helped to give that little bit of sweet acidity, without being overpowering, adding notes of Armagh apple.
- 2 tbsp Irish Heritage Apple White Condiment
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 garlic clove, crushed
- 8 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
Tarragon and Pistachio Dressing
This luxurious nutty dressing goes well with leafy greens and salty cheese.
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped tarragon
- 1/2 shallot, finely diced
- 1 tbsp White Condiment - we used Irish Peat Smoked, but Wild Garlic or Original would also work well
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt & Pepper
- 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
Orange & Honey Dressing
Sweet and citrusy, this simple dressing goes well with punchy and fresh flavours like fennel.
- 1 tsp runny honey
- 1 tbsp Blood Orange & Cardamom Infused White Condiment, Citrus would also work well.
- 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
