A great dressing for couscous or bulgar wheat salads. This dressing packs a punch, bursting with flavours of of zest, sweet and spice.

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri Chilli & Ginger Infused Balsamic
- 1/2 Preserved lemon, finely chopped
- 1 tsp capers
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley or coriander
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- Pinch of black pepper
For the salad:
We'd recommend either couscous, quinoa or bulgar wheat with chopped tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and fresh herbs.
