Salsa Verde with Lamb Steaks

This Salsa Verde is fresh, fragrant and goes well with steak, beef or game. Ideal to bring to barbecues, serve with Sunday roasts, or even stir into a salad.

Ingredients

Salsa Verde:

Lamb:

  • Salt and pepper 
  • Lamb Steaks 
  • Olive Oil 

Method

  1. Combine all the Salsa Verde ingredients and stir well until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Heat a griddle pan until hot enough to fry. Season the lamb and fry for 1-2 mins each side, depending on the thickness of your steak.
  3. Dress the lamb steaks with Salsa Verde and serve with potatoes and an assortment of veggies.
