Wagyu Beef Tagliata Salad

Ingredients:

  • 240g Kingsbury Wagyu Steak
  • ½ Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 100g Heritage Tomatoes, halved or quartered
  • 2 tsp Balsamic Pearls
  • 60g Rocket
  • 20g Parmesan, shaved
  • A glug of Grande Reserve
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Method:

Make the Salad:
Mix rocket, red onion, tomatoes, and Balsamic Pearls in a bowl.

Cook the Steak:
Season steak with salt and pepper. BBQ for 2 mins each side, then move to a cooler part for 2–4 mins (56°C for medium rare).

Rest & Slice:
Rest steak 5 mins, then slice thinly.

Assemble your salad:
Toss salad with a glug of Grande Reserve, season, top with steak and parmesan. Serve.
