Whipped Goats Cheese, Beetroot & Pistachio
This week, we're continuing the toast theme to bring you whipped goat cheese with sliced beetroot, a black garlic 🧄 balsamic glaze and topped with crunchy pistachios. A fresh, creamy, quick lunch with plenty of crunch!
Ingredients:
- 2 cooked beetroot, sliced
- a few slices of sourdough,baked in the oven until golden and crispy
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp goats cheese
- 3 tbsp Black Garlic Balsamic (Blackberry & thyme would also would work well)
Method
- In a saucepan, gently heat the Black Garlic Balsamic until it begins to reduce and becomes syrupy.
- Whip the goats cheese and sour cream together until smooth.
- Spread the whipped ghost cheese on the baked sourdough slice. Top with beetroot and pistachios and drizzle with the Black Garlic glaze.
