Whiskey Butter Broccoli
It's Broccoli season! What better time to elevate this much loved summer veg with a little of our Bushmills Whiskey Barrel Aged White Condiment! Giving a little sweet acidity with a touch of woody smokiness, this recipe is sure to be a hit during the bank holiday weekend. Of course we also SMOTHERED it in parmesan.

Ingredients:
- 400 g tenderstem broccoli or broccolini
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp whiskey-aged white balsamic
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & pepper
- Parmesan cheese
Method:
- Drizzle broccoli with olive oil and salt, place on a baking tray and cook until roasted and charred (about 10-15 mins)
- Melt butter with balsamic and garlic; cook until foaming.
- Toss broccolini in balsamic butter, sprinkle with lots of parmesan, and serve warm.
