Whiskey Butter Broccoli
It's Broccoli season! What better time to elevate this much loved summer veg with a little of our Bushmills Whiskey Barrel Aged White Condiment! Giving a little sweet acidity with a touch of woody smokiness, this recipe is sure to be a hit. Of course we also SMOTHERED it in Parmesan.

 Ingredients:
Method: 
  1. Drizzle broccoli with olive oil and salt, place on a baking tray and cook until roasted and charred (about 10-15 mins).
  2. Melt butter with balsamic and garlic; cook until foaming. 
  3. Toss broccolini in balsamic butter, sprinkle with lots of Parmesan, and serve warm.
