Our zingy citrus (Grapefruit, orange, lemon & lime) infused white Balsamic vinegar spherified into bursts or pops of flavour. These beautiful jewels are perfect for seafood – they bring a perfect balance to scallops or to top off a smoked mackerel salad; drop them into cocktails, or spring a surprise with a pavlova or ice cream!
Ingredients: White Italian condiment infused with citrus (rectified concentrated grape must, wine vinegar (contains sulphites), oranges, grapefruit, lemon and lime), water, thickener: cellulose gum, gelling agents: calcium chloride, sodium algenate. Allergens: See ingredients in bold.
