Lime cheek
10ml Irish Peat Smoked White Condiment
FeverTree Ginger Ale
Ice cubes!
Method
- Take an old fashioned whiskey tumbler and drop in some ice cubes.
- Pour in approximately 15ml Irish Peat Smoked White Condiment.
- Squeeze in the juice from a lime cheek and then add to the glass.
- Top up with chilled ginger ale (we used Fevertree).
