Irish Peat Smoked White Balsamic Smokey Buckless (Non-alcoholic version of an Irish Buck)

Ingredients

Lime cheek

10ml Irish Peat Smoked White Condiment

FeverTree Ginger Ale

Ice cubes!

Method

  1. Take an old fashioned whiskey tumbler and drop in some ice cubes.
  2. Pour in approximately 15ml Irish Peat Smoked White Condiment.
  3. Squeeze in the juice from a lime cheek and then add to the glass.
  4. Top up with chilled ginger ale (we used Fevertree).
