Sticky Cocktail Sausages
An oldie but a goodie, make sure to double up if you have lots of people around, as these will disappear quickly!
Serves 4 as an appetiser
20 mins prep time
Ingredients
- 500g Cocktail Sausages
- 50ml Balsamic Tomato Ketchup
- 25ml Honey
- 25g Stout & Treacle Mustard
- Sesame Seeds (optional)
Method
- Roast, grill or barbeque the sausages.
- Whilst they are cooking, mix the ketchup, mustard & honey.
- When cooked brush or toss in the glaze.
- If using scatter over some sesame seeds.
